2004 Merlot
Grown and hand picked from the Ringer Reef vineyard. A very good season with good growing conditions resulted in a moderate crop. The wine shows firm ripe grape tannins nicely supported by new French oak giving very good structure to the palate. The aroma and flavour shows rich berry fruit enhanced with some lifted new American oak. It was held in barrel for 12 months before bottling in January 2006. A full and flavoursome wine. $24
NV Sparkling Merlot
Made from Ringer Reef Merlot with two years in older oak. It was tiraged and re-fermented in this bottle and disgorged in March, 2009. An attractive aged wine, it is rich and full of flavour with just a hint of sweetness nicely balanced by the drying tannins. $28
2008 Sangiovese

This wine is 100% Sangiovese grown by Gina and Marco Martinelli at Cheshunt South in the upper King Valley . The wine was matured in older American oak hogsheads for 12 months to provide barrel development without allowing the oak to dominate the fruit. It was bottled in May 2009. The wine shows attractive dark cherry fruit with savory grape tannins on the palate giving an elegant, dry finish in the Italian style. $22
2009 Rose
This wine is made from Merlot grown on the Ringer Reef vineyard at Porepunkah. The wine was fermented in older American oak puncheons and bottled in May 2009. It shows clean fresh fruit with good weight on the palate and a soft acid finish. $15
2008 Chardonnay

Fruit was selected from Bryan and Eleana Nicholson’s vineyard at Porepunkah. The wine was fermented in both French oak bariques and puncheons and retained on yeast lees for 12 months before bottling in February 2009. It is a rich and complex wine showing nicely integrated oak enriched by the creamy lees and balanced with soft acid. $20
2008 Pinot Chardonnay
This wine has been made from hand picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on the Dalbosco Vineyard at Porepunkah. It was tiraged into this bottle in early January 2009. After nearly 12 months it was disgorged with no liqueur added. The resulting wine shows rich toasty and vegemite characters on the nose with a very soft, dry, clean and crisp palate. $32
2009 Botrytis Semillon
Fruit was hand picked in May and June from Jim Delaney's vineyard at Porepunkah. The wine was fermented in both French oak bariques and hogsheads and retained on yeast lees until bottling in February 2010. It is a rich and complex wine showing nice botrytis notes on the nose with sweet and luscious palate. $18
